What type of insurance do you accept?
I am in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans as well as AETNA PPO. To verify if there are any out of pocket costs, please contact your insurance provider directly. What will sessions look like?
The first session is a meet and greet of sorts. We will each get a sense of what it will be like to work together. An assessment will take place in which questions will be asked about your reasons for initiating therapy, pertinent history, explanation of therapy process, scheduling, financial responsibilities and counseling process will be discussed. Therapy will typically take place for one hour once a week. Frequency of sessions may change depending on individual needs. Ready? Click here to schedule your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments are commitments. It is a mutual agreement to set aside time in our busy schedules to meet. Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment. At minimum appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before set time. A cancellation fee for the full amount of the session will be applied for no shows or late cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
